Expertise

Client Success & Advisory

Long-term relationship management across strategic accounts — from implementation through renewal. Experience renewing clients from near-zero trial contracts and reducing attrition where a genuine fit existed.

OMS / PMS Implementation

Front-to-back project management and business analyst experience across major platforms — including Broadridge (Paladyne), Eze Castle, Black Mountain (Allvue), and LayerOne (Neovest). Projects have covered long/short equity, long-only, credit, MBS, and structured products.

Solutions & Pre-Sales

Tailored product demonstrations and solution design for prospective clients. Comfortable in discovery conversations with portfolio managers, traders, middle-office, and IT — and translating those conversations into viable workflow proposals.

Workflow Optimization

Identifying where process breaks down and helping firms fix it — through better configuration, vendor guidance, or cross-functional alignment. Experienced across operations, compliance, and front-office workflows.

Vendor Evaluation

Independent advisory on OMS/PMS vendor selection, proof-of-concept structuring, and requirements gathering. Comfortable serving as a neutral advocate between client needs and vendor capabilities.

Cross-functional Bridge

Translating between investment teams, operations, technology, and product — the work that rarely fits a job description but consistently determines whether a technology initiative succeeds or stalls.

About

The work is usually in between.

Not the developer writing the code. Not the salesperson running the quota. The value has always been at the intersection — taking time to understand how investment organizations actually operate, and helping them make better decisions about the technology meant to support that work.

That means asking the right questions in a room full of people with different priorities. It means knowing enough about the system to point a developer to where the logic broke, without pretending to be the one who fixes it. And it means building relationships that last well beyond an implementation go-live.
